Before completing your deposit & finalizing your reservation, please take a moment to read & mark the following important information. By checking each box, you agree that you have read, understand, & agree with these details.
Email Notifications: You will receive two initial emails once your reservation has been completed. The 1st will be your confirmation email where you will be able to select the items that come with your package as well as add other items to enhance your event, important links to invitations, thank you cards, & important event details. The 2nd will be your guest list with directions on how to complete the information. Remember to print & bring a copy the day of your event. Please check your trash & spam folders as they often will be misplaced. In addition, you will receive other important emails as your event date approaches.
Birthday Parties & Silver Packages: Reschedules, cancellations, & final number of participants must be finalized 7 business days prior to your scheduled event. (Business days are considered Mon – Fri). Refunds in the case of cancellations made prior to the 7 business days are subject to a $15 processing fee . Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the full deposit paid.
Bronze2, Bronze3, & Summer Camp & Group Packages: Reschedules & cancellations must be finalized 7 business days prior to your scheduled event, & final number of participants must be confirmed 24hrs in advance or you will be charged for the number you reserved. Refunds in the case of cancellations made prior to the 7 business days are subject to a $15 processing fee . Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the full deposit paid.
Reservation # of Participants: If your party/group grows beyond what was originally anticipated, please call us ahead of time to confirm we can accommodate the increase (301-330-5546 ext 3 or ext 5). If you arrive with a group larger than you booked for, your additional people will not be able to play.
